No, we aren’t your typical restaurant. Yes, we offer delicious food! Ghost Kitchen Orlando is central Florida’s most innovative virtual restaurant. Launched in February of 2020, we have 3 offerings – Prepared Meals, Lunch, and Catering.

Since we are a ghost kitchen, we do not have a physical retail restaurant location for in-house dining where you can eat your meal. Unlike a traditional restaurant, the web is our storefront. All purchases and orders are placed ONLINE for delivery and pickup only. The only interaction that a customer will have at our Ghost Kitchen Orlando location is if they are picking up their lunch, prepared meals, or catering order

Our prepared meals and catering can be delivered all throughout Central Florida. Our lunch delivery is a smaller radius (typically about 5-10 miles from our location) depending on the availability of third-party drivers.

Your order for our prepared meals can be placed through our prepared meals website here at Prepared meals are available for pickup/delivery every Monday-Friday. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. to receive your order the next day.

All weekly lunch orders are placed through either our lunch ordering website or your favorite food delivery apps: Uber Eats, Doordash, Grubhub, and Postmates. Our lunch is available to order Monday-Friday from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for pickup and delivery.

Your catering order can be placed through our website here at You can also order our catering through EZCater or Cater Nation. All ordering platforms have pickup and delivery options.

We deliver our prepared meals every Monday-Friday. Each meal you order is made fresh the day that it will be delivered to you. Our delivery window is 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. You will receive notifications on your delivery date with tracking information once your order has been picked up.

Here at Ghost Kitchen Orlando, we use third party delivery services to deliver all of our meals. We have special processes in place to ensure the safety and sanitation of your food throughout the delivery process.

We ask you to order a day in advance so that we can source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Since we are making each one of your meals to order and not in bulk, we avoid stockpiling any items to ensure that you are always eating a vibrant meal with fresh ingredients.

It is not required, however we recommend that you are present at the time of delivery for your prepared meals to ensure the highest quality of your food. We do not want to leave your food outside or unattended so please choose a delivery address where you will be present during your delivery day and time (either a business or a residence). If you are unsure of where you will be during the delivery time, you can have your meals delivered to your home, your office, your friend’s house, your parents’ house… anywhere! You name the place and we will deliver it there. If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will leave your food outside the address in our delivery bag.

All of our food is made at our Ghost Kitchen Orlando facility. We have our own private, licensed, and professional commercial kitchen. Having our own licensed commercial kitchen, we follow all HAACP and FDA guidelines to ensure food safety and sanitation throughout our facility. All of our employees are also Serve Safe certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals to further guarantee proper food safety practices.

We will do our best to accommodate any food allergies we are made aware of. We have gluten free items, but we are not a gluten-free facility. Please contact us if you have any questions. Please note that all of our meals are prepared in the same facility which prepares products, including, but not limited to, nuts, soy, dairy, meat, and shellfish. Ghost Kitchen, LLC is not responsible for any illness that may occur due to a food allergy.

Our experienced and professional chefs have purposely crafted our menu items for the flavor profiles to work perfectly together. However, if you have a request and want to customize one of your menu items, please leave your request in the comments section of your order when you go to add the item to your cart. If we cannot customize your order due to your specific request, we will reach out to you directly.

We make all menu items from scratch with fresh ingredients that have no preservatives. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you eat your meals within 4 days of receiving them.

You will find specific heating instructions on each one of your food items that needs reheating. In your prepared meals entrees, all items in a black souffle cup will not get reheated. These items are meant to be eaten cold so please make sure to remove them from your container before you reheat your meal. (example: the kale cabbage slaw in our BBQ should not be heated with the rest of the meal) Each food item that is meant to be heated will come with specific heating instructions depending on the food. Please make sure to follow these directions accurately to ensure the highest-quality meal. All of our entrée containers are dual-ovenable, meaning that you can choose to either heat your meals in the microwave or the oven. (NOTE: The lid MUST be removed before you reheat your meal). Even though all of our food items are fully cooked, we recommend you heat your meal to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Our prepared meals website accepts debit/credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies to purchase your orders.

Promotional codes can be applied upon the checkout process or in your cart. You will type in your promotional code where it asks to apply a coupon code or gift card code.
